A Few Moments Together

After all these unbearable hours of three thousand years of separation;
We now find solace at this bliss of my library.
Where amidst these dead men we two living souls try to avoid the oscillation;
Of our soul and spirit which had long panged from the misfortunes dreary.
She’s in my arms, against my chest resting at ease;
Both tired from the world, letting the ailment of soul to cease.
