The human mind and body is in a constant struggle, it itself is the universe, full of emotions , chapters filled with stories good & bad alike.

But, can anyone deny that they have been all happy and never had to experience any bitter tale, face failure? Betrayal , Rejection , abandonnment and a lot more to include this list.

Well, perhaps, we keep on experiencing each and every tale and let alone hit our lives. We sport the good & bad shades . Perhaps, people who think mindfully, need not bother much about sadness. They usually fill that sadness by focussing on their likes and activities.

But deep, deep down. Don't people feel the need to fill a void? The void to rectify the chapters of certain childhood trauma, bitter experiences with their parents, not reaching where they had dreamt of career wise, or may be a bad bad tale of love too?

Well, then most of the people who actually want to help themselves seek healing. Obviously, "time" heals us . But, for me the truth is , time helps us forget our bad days, and not heal ourselves or our souls.

To overcome any bad chapter, I believe people start to over work, some go to hibernation mode, some do extra alcohol , some do extra cheat meals, some workout hard and some just find it difficult to get out of their beds. Some will forcefully take themselves out of their bed, just to fake being "happy".
