I woke up this morning with sadness today
I'm feeling this sadness in so many ways
so brokenhearted I'm feeling right now
I'm letting my anger just scream out loud.
Unhappy I'm feeling right now in my soul
six panic attacks and it's taking its toll
I broke down crying with tears on my cheek
I'm stronger today and I'm ready to speak.
A lot of sadness that I'm feeling today
tormented by the past each and everyday
I'm tired of feeling depressed all the time
I'm reclaiming the power I know that's mine.
This sadness I feel in my heart and my soul
so empty I'm feeling because I'm not whole
these tears I see rolling down my cheek
it got so bad that I couldn't write or speak.
