your hands around her throat
she whispers she can't breathe
you say "I'll take your last breath"
and you bring her to her knees
she begs you to stop
as you tighten your grip
she feels her life slip away
when she wakes he is gone
left laying on the floor
when she walks in the room crying
he holds her and says "sorry it won't happen anymore"
she knows it's a lie but she tells him it's okay
it's sad because she thinks she deserves it to this day
