LONE REALITY

I’m just a writer,
A mere maker of words,
An entertainer
I don’t flow in paradise of richness
How can I pledge a diamond?
When my store is stuffed,
But just with words?

I’m only a writer,
Just an imaginer
My world and life,
A labyrinth of imaginations
Filled to fullness –
With profound thoughts
And far-fetched hopes

I bring down the skies,
Set to feet carpets of clouds
I paint air
And color the world
All illusions!

I’m a writer,
The owner of a world demented
But I can make you a promise,
A lifelong haven,
A roof of velvet sky adorned with stars
For in this world of mine,
And heart,
You’re the only reality.
