The summer time is too hot with
So much humidity in the air
And Halloween in October is
When everyone is scared
The ghosts, the goblins and
All the trick - or - treaters
Then it gets about that time
To turn on all those heaters
At least the Native Americans know
Life began here before 1492
So when Columbus Day comes around
It's not one we really pay attention too
The days past by slow
Cause I can't wait for December
For birthdays and Hanukkah
And the long cold winter...
