Time is a wonderful revealer,
And with time we often meet, or re-meet people in our lives who was there, but in a particular moment, did not mean as much as they do now
The Almighty has blessed me with the wonderful opportunity to re-meet you, and it is one of the best chances I've ever took
Cause like an oxygen to a flame, you breathed new life into my being
And your smile makes my heart skip 12 beats
Many battles you have faced throughout your life, and still in this moment
But your ability to draw on your strong character and optimism, is so influential
I cannot help but to look at life with more hopeful eyes
Despite all the rocks thrown at you, you've been able to lift up your head, in a way that few can
And I'm convinced that your heart is made of gold
In your arms, I find a warm embrace, and in your words, I find courage and sweet solace.
For a while, I stopped believing in the goodness of people, but you restored my faith
So much so, that I don't even remember much of my life before you
I don't believe I'll ever capture the words to explain how much you mean to me,
I just hope, that I have touched your heart like you did mine
Cause' your love is freeing, your love is accepting, your love is uplifting.
I've lost many by the way side, but I'm unwilling to let this slip,
Because your mere presence places a permanent grin on my face

May every dream of yours become a reality, and, thank you for breathing life back into my weary soul,
