A friend is someone who loves and accepts you through thick or thin
No matter if you are fat or small , or lanky and tall
You are embraced for who you are shortcomings and all
Knowing that you have a good heart and sense of humor and self
the true sense of the word friend
For being there
For being supportive
For being honest when no one else will
For being there even when they are wrong
For being there even when you are right
For unconditional love
For saying things we don't want to here
For repeating things incessantly that we never get tired of hearing
For always thinking that laughter is the best thing in the entire
world
For appreciating each other no matter what
For always being on the same page
For seeing the good in a difficult situation
For giving the benefit of the doubt
For being there even when you're a thousand miles away
For getting the joke no one else will ever get
For caring even when you are mad
For making life easier
For helping out even when you are exhausted
For remembering a song
that no one can relate
For being a teammate
since we were young
For just being there which always makes me strong
For the constant laughs
which makes life worth living
And for the never wavering support when you think life is unfair
For always having fun even broke
For giving up your last smoke
because the bad times too shall pass
but only when you have
A FRIEND who always covers your ass.
