it's never a person who answers, rather a high robotic voice,
which says you'll be recorded before you make your choice.
Press one for this and two for that and three should you need more,
but if you need some dialogue, then that is number four.
To hear these options again, thicko, press star key with the hash,
but don't dawdle before choosing - or the whole thing may well crash....
