Echoes of a Shattered Dream
You are like a brightest light,
and I'm like deep dark night,

You wanted a bright light to be your mate,
But I have to be in the dark—it's my fate,

Your promises now, so empty, so fake,
Let me sleep in illusions—never let me wake.

I still remember all your sweet talks,
and our sweet road walks,

Suddenly scattered that lovely dream,
I wish to climb the terrace and scream,

You saved me from my darkest night,
Now I'm lost without your light.

But I see now, it was all just a game,
A spark in your life, while I carried the flame.

You act like nothing happened, passing by so near,
But the screams of my heart, only I can hear.
