I woke up to find sadness
Later I discovered my madness
It was just my silly obsession
With things worthless of possession
The swarm of thoughts were hovering
Then with a realization I began humming,
To make them drift away
Just for the time far away
So I can prioritize things
And root out the thoughts that sting
Now no more hoping it would ping
Now not even a bell does ring
