Noon Moon!
Your honey eyed gaze on that darkly lit afternoon,
seemed like a long awaited boon.
Listening to those love songs in June,
which I knew will come haunting soon.
Yet, went ahead dancing to a dazzling tune,
forgetting for a fact that I ain't immune.
For there was I, my heart open, like a loon,
longing for a twirl and swoon.
Only to enter into a suffocating raging typhoon,
thinking it was a warmth emitting cocoon.
Overtime you'll find me with the moon,
wishing you'd confessed me that noon.
