Too little and thin to hold the thoughts that hang my hope high,
I hope for a future.
Echoes... Rumours... Shatters... Voices
Springing from every space,
Thoughts of people read in another form,
Thoughts of hope lost to negativity.
Shopping from a store of words,
The word to describe this light lit in my heart,
It is bright, so bright the stars won't compare,
My eyes will only see this dark world a while more and light will be.
This is my heart singing the same lyrics as my mind,
Soon... just soon and all will see
This light so bright,
Yes, and all will know that "This light is the life".
