Looks like centuries have gone past
when you worshipped me like a Godess
not to mention, each of my forms
was looked up to as nothing less than mere pious

I have seen you rip me totally apart
bit by bit, skin, flesh, bones and heart
Have been tormented and tortured too
just for a few pleasures of beings like you

And now you accuse me openly of
putting in my demonic wrath against you
Oh! how could you even imagine
a mother doing something like that to you

How I wish I could just soothen you
make you believe that I can calm you
that it is all done by none other than beings like you
and the ones suffering are also good souls like you.
