Night Sky, A Harmful Touch
Your touch was loud,
Like a coyote howl in the midst of night,
The bruises on my body like the stars in the sky,
Too many to count you could say.
Fireworks launching left and right into the distance,
They hurt my ears like the sound of your screams.
Who would've thought a beautiful night could be portrayed as something so dreadful.
That's why they say: never judge a book by it's cover.
