A King in their midst
yet the moment was missed,
to explore all He is
to belief all He is.
A King establishing His Kingdom
seeking the freedom
of peoples deeply entangled
and some, yet to begotten.
Many didn't recognize the lamb,
others heard the knock,
the door they didn't slam-
they adorned Him Mediator.
Jesus couldn't be stopped;
He foresaw generations of bliss,
cities on hills,
peoples that are His
proclaiming His peace.
So, He bore it all
Declaring I am life,
justifying I am right.
It came to be that I am light.
It came to be that I am royalty.
