One day, in a bustling school, I sat with my crew,
Unaware of the teacher's quiet entry, too engrossed to notice anew.
But when I saw him standing there, my heart skipped a beat,
My mind racing fast, my soul skipping a treat.

He smiled at me, and I felt like a hero, admired by all,
My popularity unmatched, standing tall.
But then I worried, "Will he scold me for sitting in his chair?"
Instead, he asked me to teach, to share my knowledge with flair.

I stuttered, "Sorry, sir, I've never done this before,"
But he encouraged me, "Try, and you'll learn even more."
I discovered how hard it is to explain and guide,
But my teacher's admiration fueled my confidence inside.

He taught me a life lesson, to stand up for what's right,
To find my voice, and shine with all my might.
I learned to appreciate his patience and gentle way,
And I'm forever grateful for that memorable day.
