Greed, selfishness, struggle for power,
The weak ends up being trampled upon,
Given positions to serve the people,
To create a better living environment for the people,
Yet their desire for power and selfish motives,
Makes their subjects serve as their stepping stone,
The poor keeps getting poorer,
Not because they don't work,
But because others reap the fruit of their labour.

When will the gap between the rich and the poor close even a little,
When they are used by them for their own selfish gains,
The poor and the weak are discriminated upon,
Without money respect is even not given to you,
Yet they enjoy the fruits of the labour of the poor,
Through taxation and other sources the poor feeds them,
To create a better world for them,
They voted them into power,
Their only concern was their votes.
