Not so long ago we were strangers
Good to go we clicked like old pals
Only God knows why it had to be us
Narrow roads led us far look at us
It was coincidental yet bred memories

The late nights strengthened our bond
Also the music can't be left out at hand
Partying in a joy ride, troubles were left behind
Feelings were born and heartbreaks buried
Undying love was bred who knew it bled

More of it by day we would crave
Attention became more addictive
Navigated through the veins was love
You promised me the world and I believe
Any wish is my command to the grave

Greatly depressed in misunderstandings
Understanding we had our differences
Made us even stronger in hard times
But all in an effort to hinder our problems
Obviously what can it be if not love
