I had a mental breakdown when I was eighteen
back at a time when I wasn't feeling supreme
I heard voices in my head that pushed me to die
though I was struggling inside for being high.
The alcohol & cigarettes that pushed me to cope
during those days, I was struggling with hope
it got so bad that I had to be committed again
the years of abuse & torment just wouldn't end.
