Joined a gym, felt brave and strong,
Thought I'd be fit before long.
Lifted some weights, tried to impress,
Dropped one on my foot, now it's a mess.

Decided to run, fresh air in my face,
Tripped on my laces, fell flat on my base.
Everyone saw, tried to act cool,
But now I'm known as the clumsy fool.
