Holding on to expectations, lies ,false promises all the hurt that people cause you...holding onto it will eat you...I saw it in the eyes and voice of my uncle today in his stories...people that hurted him ..all the pain...he is in his 60's...no one should have suffer that much...he still talks about them who don't even care he is alive or not....it's been years and living with all the hurt that other people caused you....that's not fair
He was mostly angry...I wasnt comfortable being around him as a child cuz of what he might say...
It was first time in my whole life that I sat beside him and actually listened to him.

Now I wonder what happens to people that makes them treat others cruelly...that you get so stuck in your mind that you can just permanently mistreat people...I guess it's pain that makes people hurt others or some people are just addicted to power ..their power and privilidge over others..and they are the ones that scare me the most because the people in power, I’m afraid to say, are very often some of the emptiest people in the world,..
I think we are so complex as humans
It just scares me...seeing him living in pain for soo many years, decades even grieving over things that people did to him.....I hope I have the courage to choose forgiveness, letting goo...I hope I won't ever hold grudge in my heart...
