Keelan’s Friend Song
Let me tell you of my friends
and of their many charms.
They’ve come to melt the winter snow
and find Illyana’s arm.

When the find it soon
I’d guess,
they’ll stitch it to her tight,
and then we’ll dance till break of dawn
and through the dark of night.

I’ll surely find my father soon
and Erling will get paid,
Mort shall drink a pint of ale
and Zoe learn her fate.

As for Abernathy—
he might claim the holy grail,
and Quazit will go home to find
his lovely
two-armed girl!

[A song written for a DND campaign bard. Illyana, beloved wife of the Quazit, loses her arm in a freak accident. Determined to see her healed, the Quazit strikes a deal with a druid circle. They promise to regrow her missing limb— so long as he breaks a curse in nearby Dahlish. An endless winter has settled over the plains, forcing the gnomes and fae to flee south. The Quazit recruits an ecclectic team of adventurers, including Keelan, an undead bard, Erling, a pragmatic lizard man, Zoe, a stern paladin of ravens, and Abernathy, a self-centered Indiana Jones.]
