Just me and my thoughts
#WritcoPoemPrompt2
In the end it was just me and my thoughts,
A painful trap, long after you were gone,
In the foggy streets of London, where fate's whispers unfold,
Two hands, once strangers, met by chance, and hearts of gold.
Our eyes, like lanterns, shone bright in the night,
As our fingers intertwined, a spark took flight.
We were two souls, adrift in the city's endless sea,
Not seeking love, nor expecting destiny.
Yet, in that fleeting moment, our lives converged as one,
And the universe conspired, to make our love be won.
Like a master painter, fate stroked the canvas of our past,
Weaving a tapestry of moments, that would forever last.
The colors of our love, a kaleidoscope of hues,
Deepened with each passing day, as our hearts sang sweet truths.
Through life's tempests, we stood firm, like lighthouses in...
