I see the reflection of my happiness,
In your eyes,
But now they're empty, void of light,
A hollow gaze, devoid of skies.
Picture perfect,
Now shattered glass,
Each shard a memory,
Of what once was.
Like a bouquet of posies,
Now withered and decayed,
The scent of love, replaced by sorrow,
In shadows, my heart's betrayed.
Like a sky full of sunshine,
Now cloaked in endless night,
Stars that once danced, now fade away,
Lost in the abyss of our plight.
Gone is the laughter, the joy we knew,
In its place, a mournful hue,
A tragic tale of love's demise,
Echoes of our broken ties.
