Shadows steal last of my strength, my sight,

O Angel of Hope, in you I trust,
When all else crumbles, dust into dust,
You are the light that never fades,
Guiding me through my life's tangled mazes.

Though doubt may cloud the skies above,
You teach me still the power of hope and love,
In broken dreams, I find your mellow grace,
In every tear, a heartful warming embrace.

I believe in you, my steadfast guide,
Through every storm, I know you'll be by my side,
