Rest in the Face of Stress

In the morn' and in the night,
Our eyes can see yonder light.
But oft there is also darkness:
Where we are lost and can't find brightness.

There are times where we cannot see paths clearly,
And a clear solution we get rarely.
Where our boundaries are oft tested,
And for stress part of our mind is rented.

Our life's brightest will be proceeded by the dark,
And it happens to the best of us, in the journeys we embark.
We cannot see where to go; only there is stress,
But we never are concered for ourselves, we never think to rest.

So, I want to say, we should think and reflect,
For none of us are in the state of being perfect.
Punish ourselves not for small mistakes,
For mistakes--a greater version of us it makes.

Worry not of what could go wrong,
Instead, be thyself: someone strong.
Alas, for manageable goals we should strive,
And not of our sleep ourselves we deprive.

Stress...
