The days too eventually fell silent,
No sounds, not even by the crows,
All you could hear was the sound of,
Fear knocking on the doors,
Heart beating wildly,
Unknown feelings resurface,
Souls are crying and,
Strength diminishing as time passed by,
Hopes are crushed and prayers left unanswered,
All happened as the world we know perished slowly before our eyes.
