A lifetime of abuse I had to endure
the things I went through not innocent or pure
self defense and healing I need the most
my unhappiness today I'm ready to expose.
Father of mine was abusive & cruel
as my first ex-girlfriend was nothing but a fool
boxing and judo gave me pleasure and joy
though I was still abused & being destroyed.
