I Fear
I fear.
I fear I've lost my being,
To what I swore, I could never have been.
Left in the depths of hell,
Because I chose not to tell.
I fear.
I fear I've lost my mind,
To temptations I can't describe.
My heart, a blackest night,
The windows to it sees no light.
I fear.
I fear I've lost the grace,
From which I once was made.
Locked down by feelings of disgrace,
My once happy life, now full of disdain.
I fear.
I fear I've lost my all,
My heart, my mind, my soul, my all.
A mistep was all it took,
For me to be rendered a fool.
