Office politics may seem normal
Which happens everywhere
But do you know it is creating depression for people who work there
The straightforward persons are the one who suffers the most
They stop their growth just because they say the truth
They wait for years wishing for their growth
They cry,request and ask for a support
Tired and hopeless they become quite
Still people can't understand why they were right
They try to change the eager and excited employee
Because he is a truthful one he will disagree
Fed up and tired he changes his job
But that company was the one who lost

(Few people don't know how to tackle this office politics and they go into depression.
They can't change their job nor can they fight when the whole management is opp to them)
