Tears Fall' in
I can't fathom why my tears keep cascading,
They can't be stilled; they're deeply lacerating.
In every thought, they find me adrift,
Bewildered and unable to uplift.

I cannot escape these towering confines,
For I'm uncertain what compels them to entwine,
Even if I strive to break the line,
Failure remains, casting a shadow so malign.

I yearn to break free from these fetters,
For they prolong my struggle, as time untethers,
Life ensnared in chains, bound by tethers,
Unable to escape this snare, unmoored feathers.

The tears that have fallen, unabatedly,
In every desolate moment, sleepless night, so perpetually,
Eyes wearied, darkened by despondency,
It's challenging to dispel these thoughts, perennially.

The reasons behind my actions, so esoteric,
Are inscrutable, not easily dismissed, so cryptic,
They dwell within as emotions, enigmatic,
Still confronting life's trials, so intrinsic.

For me, tears fall from what's hidden,
Revealing secrets and gently touching the forbidden,
My body sends signals of the unwritten,
Attempting to evade, yet still smitten.

I wish to quell these tears born of dread,
For they are visibly etched, no reprieve ahead,
Especially when past transgressions draw near,
Memories inappropriate, so severe.

From where these tears originate,
Whether in solitude or restless slumber, they circulate,
It's difficult to halt, they continuously propagate,
A sign of haunting thoughts that captivate.
