Even though our love burns through the sky, some things might not go that high. I thought I knew you but I guess I didn't, after all these years you're still not committed. As I sit here wondering what is wrong, I guess all you're love for me is gone. Even though you can't be forgiven I still belive just a smidgen. Maybe if I sit here and freeze my heart, I won't have to think about us falling apart. But no matter how much your love burns, I will remain firm. I will remain untouchable until you prove your capable, And then just maybe I'll let you burn through this ice that protects me from things that are not nice. But for now I will remain frozen until I'm finally chosen.
