My heart hurts and palpitations flitter.
The touch of my new lover softer than glitter.

Romance reconnection the woman I adored.
5 years on and not once did we get bored.

We took some risks and took some chances.
Engaging in love and second first glances.

Hope flooded my heart with passion and love.
Fitting into place like a fitted glove.

Be with me I ask through hushed lips.
Be mine forever my hand on her hips.

Smiles crack lips pressed together.
Happiness and peace hopefully forever.
