She hides from fear
behind her mother's back as she hears
footsteps approaching near
wondering what awaits her next
her mother embraces her in her arms
fearing what he would do
sometimes he would be so drunk that he would pass out on the couch
sometimes anger would led him to domestic violence
while sometimes he would simply yell before passing out .
and today he came yelling
an angry alholic man
he raised his hand in rage
but someone grabbed it before it hit the girl .
it was his wife and she said
it's crossing the line when you try to hurt my little princess
to which he said I will show you woman
but she lept forward and slapped him
and walked away to never come back

this is no thing to joke about.... a lot of people go through this and suffer we must help such people get out of toxic relations ... some people drink as they are addicted while others drink cause they are lonely....
