Her eyes gleamed with the light 
Of her inner strength,
She had walked miles,
Not worried about the length.

Embracing the difficulties of her life
with a wide smile,
Facing the hurdles happily
soon became her style.

The ones who,she thought,
would stand for her together,
were actually the ones whom she saw,
standing against her.

Her broken heart asked from inside,
"what was her mistake?"
On this the mind replied,
"trusting the ones who were fake"
