AUGUST OF BREAKS

From every stream of raging torrents
From all streaks of unfriendly comments
Through weird and unsavory dissents
From fiery glows of eerie torments

When the rains of life seem unending
When honest endeavors become unyielding
And all efforts appear frustrating
Never be seen as ever complaining

Pick on your girdle and be focused
In God you must all things entrust
He will your outer vests encrust
Remember the Breaks in every August

Mind not your fails and mistakes
These will always your fears awake
Push on and you'll sweep the stakes
This is another August of BREAKS

But those of us of August births
We came to ease the pains on earth
And give their Peace of Life a berth
That we always fill with pomp and mirth
