The day is here again,
October 1st Represent sadness and pain!
The day we claim to be independent
Knowing fully well that they are not competent.
We wish to sing the great anthem of our nation,
But our Leaders cut off our tongues!
We can only pronounce the words of frustration
Gaint of Africa we say!
In tears and pain,
Innocent bloods and tears flows everyday,
Will I say it is a constitutional cage?
Gaint of Africa they say!
A country where the heroes have failed,
Majority are clamoring for life
Many are struggling to survive
Gaint of Africa my foot!
A nation that the white use as tool.
I hope in the future we can amend our roof!
