Title- "The One Beyond Forms."
"Soliloquy Of Soul's Cosmic Canticle."
This unblessed poor heart, a vessel of longing & pain,
Eternally languished in restlessness, a sorrowful refrain,
Robbed of thou love, a pilfering, so plain to see,
All Ic am left with is nothing, but desolation and misery.
Thine worship, a evenfall flame in a lamp, that once burned so bright,
Now reduced to ashes & dying ember, in a cold & empty sight,
First thee brought this lifeless heart's soul to life,
But then thy worship itself destroyed it with thy fife.
Oh lord, how could thy do this to me?
Leave me with nothing but agony and misery,
Ic thought thy love was my destiny,
But now it seems it was just a cruel tease.
Oh, cruel fate, that brought me to thy shrine,
A lifeless heart, thou didst revive, in love's sweet wine,
Yet, in thy worship, I found destruction's might,
A heart, that sighed, in restless, endless night.
The stars above, they twinkled with despair,
As if they knew, the sorrow I did bear,
The wind it howled, like a mournful sigh,
As if it too, didst feel my heart's decay.
The ground beneath, it shook with sorrow's might,
As if it too, didst feel my heart's plight,
The trees they stood, like sentinels of old,
Their branches bare, their limbs so cold.
The sky above, it wept with tears of rain,
As if it too, didst feel my heart's pain,
The thunder roared, like a mournful cry,
As if it too, didst feel my heart's sigh.
Still in thou seraphic presence, I always find peace,
A heart full of life, my soul did release,
But alas, that peace was short-lived,
For in thou worship, I was robbed, I was bereaved.
My heart, once full of hope, now sighs in restlessness,
Still, I am thou devotee, my love for thy never less,
Thy brought this lifeless heart to life,
But thou worship, it destroyed this heart, oh Lord, it's a strife.
In thou divine presence, I once found solace in thou picture on mantelpiece,
My heart, once lifeless, thy breathed life into release,
With every breath, my love for thy did increase,
But alas, thou worship, it did me decease.
Thou glory, it did shine so bright and fair,
But in thou light, my heart was consumed by despair,
Thy brought me to life, but then you did snatch,
The very breath that thy gave, with such a dash.
Oh infallible one, how could you do this to me?
Take away the life thy gave, so carelessly
I thought thy were my savior, my guiding light
But now, thy've left me in this endless night.
Thou grace, it always pierces my soul like a sword,
Leaving me with a heart that's forever scarred,
But still, I'll worship thy, my Lord,
For in thou love, I find a peace that's never torn.
I still remain thou devotee, though punished & worn,
I ponder, what crime did I commit, to suffer thus forlorn?
Thou innate, oh lord, perpetually is a mystery to me,
A test of faith, that brings only misery.
Short meetings, then separation pain,
Strange responsibilities,& friendliness in vain,
Happiness, but invariably brief, a moment's fleeting gleam,
A treasury of sorrow, and a isolated dark dream.
This heart, is a vessel, for thy love's sweet fire,
Yet, in thou worship, I find only heart's desire,
Punished for invoke & love, what crime did I commit?
A devotee's lament, oh lord, dost thou not hear it?
Thou worship's bane, a double-edged sword,
Bringing life, then death, to this heart, so adored,
I search for unresolved answers, in thy holy book,
But find only sorrow, and a heart, that's broke.
Oh, my dear lord, why dost thou test my faith?
A devotee's plea, hear my heart's deepest breath,
I'll follow thee still, through trials and strife,
But show me mercy, and end this heart's endless life....
