STONY HEART.
Slowly,
tissues were replaced with chunks of chiseled rocks down my throat.
My veins collapsed ,
My atrium refused oxygen rich blood,
Stuck in the middle with nowhere to go.
No beat, no sound, no proof of life,
I'd cry in pain and agony each time,
I wish I was broken or replaced,
Even if it was by a pound of flesh.
The wind of words would go by,
And boat of actions would sail through,
Yet I remained the same.
Several arrows by the best archers,
Couldn't pierce through my Stony heart,
None could break through those giant walls,
Not words, not even the supposed act of love.
