Change is a choice you make
Despite the fear what others state,
Broken with pain, covered with darkness
Yet decide to bounce back with grace.

It’s ok if you fail, reset your game
Stand-up and smile, as you are brave,
At least you made a choice – to change!
Unlike others who just sit and rate.
