The fragrance of my childhood,
Hides in the folds of your embrace,
Warm as the sunshine on my face,
Comforting as a gentle summer breeze.

In your arms, I found my haven,
A place where love and joy were woven,
A sense of security that never faded,
A bond that time and years have only shaded.

Your scent, a mix of love and grace,
Fills my heart with warmth and space,
A reminder of the memories we've made,
A celebration of the love we've displayed.

So on this Mother's Day, I want to say,
Thank you for being there every step of the way,
For being my rock, my guiding light,
My shelter in the darkest night.

I love you more than words can express,
More than any poem can convey, I guess,
But I hope these words can give you a glimpse,
Of the love and gratitude that I hold within.
