Golden Days
Why did I grow up
I never understood
I was really very happy
With my childhood

Those houses of sand and clay
With my friends I always loved to play
We played each and every game
In our childhood no one craved for fame

We have played with Kitchen sets and doll
But we also enjoyed cricket and football
We have played lots of game that todays children don't know
Which is a matter of shame

Each and every Sunday used to be a great fun
When everybody used to bring their toys
And I used to take my gun

Our parents always taught us that sharing is caring
And I should share tous with my friends
And here I would like to say goodbye
Because here my poem ends.
