What if we were meant to be ,
but we were to blinded by our friendship to even see?

People think we have so much potential.
But I’m scared anything more would be too experimental.

I’ve never even thought about you like that,
But now thinking about it, I’m not too sure where I’m at.

Theoretically… I think we could work out.
but I don’t think you’re the one who will help me sprout.

I don’t think your “the one” for me
but then again, how will I know if we never see?

I think we’d get along, I mean we already do.
But looking into the future, I just don’t see you.

So here we are, still best friends
because I don’t want to experiment and have this be where it ends…
