When I saw you for the first time,
I had a crush on you
When I sat next to you,
I found my heart flutter
Then you saw me,
And I was elated beyond words
Out of the blue,
This panic set in me
And I realised I was lost,
Gazing at you from across the room
Now the flutters go away,
And a paralysis takes hold
