In the beginning
I wasn't sure of where were we heading.
I just followed the road you were leading.
I realized, some way through,
we are no more together!
To save the relationship,
my eyes were pleading.
You kept on walking, took partner new
With trepidation, the road back I was treading.
But, am still thankful to you despite your cheating.
For I learnt to hold myself without those mistakes repeating!!
