Most times, people's passions are alike
bubbling up inside them like a light.
They tend to tread the same paths
but not exactly leaving a mark.

There's others and then there's me
bent on setting my inner man free.
I'm not like others
so every bad comment about me withers.

I'm unique, not Odd
what I hate, others love
what I love, others hate
I don't believe in fate,
to me, it's all about pulling your weight.

I do things my way
a clear path for myself I have
I'll be sure to live a good life
one without any strife.

I don't blend in with the crowd,
but that's only because I'm unique not odd
I don't follow the group
and that makes me unique, not odd.
