So I look past your eyes ,
Bewitching ,
Beguiling .
To the setting sun .
The tangerine skies .
They fill me up to the brim .
I scream ,
With joy and cheer .

You look into my eyes ,
Droopy ,
Uncertain .
You smile , a broad smile .
You shout .
Yes , the sun is beautiful .

I laugh and we run past ,
Holding hands ,
Whispering secrets .
Hoping one day ,
You'll say it out loud .
What we both feel .

Because my tongue ,
Runs dry .
I stare amok .
To look past those eyes .
Beguiling ,
Bewitching .
