The Fairness Of The Darkness
The pleasantness of the unpleasantness,
The scent of the lost events.
The hopelessness of failed attempts.
And the stupidity of the intelligent.

The bloody walls with screaming souls.
The maroon sky with haunting lores.
The found who are still hidden;
To their fates they are smitten.

The punishments they cannot avoid,
The leniency they cannot negotiate,
For justice has all the might.

The beauty of fairness
In the inevitable darkness,
The last trial of life
Chosen by lawful judges.

Karma wins all;
That is the universal truth.
Karma is the final lesson,
C’mon, it’s simple enough and understandably smooth.

What is human decency?
Well, you may ask.
It’s just being a respectful, reasonable being.
It ain’t that hard!

What is this beautiful place?
You might be thinking.
It is place of geniune justice.
It is the afterlife, of course, what else would be existing?

(Author’s Note)
Hello again, everyone! I’ve been reading a lot lately, and in a really major writer’s block 😅 and I tried to write a dark poem. Tell me if I succeeded :D (Constructive Criticism is welcomed).
Also, I completed reading a book series called “Heroes of Olympus” (it’s great!)
I got this prompt, poem idea, from “writingsfromacurlypanda” on Instagram! Check them out!
Til then, keep writing and reading! ❤️
