My life is an open book,
That led me through every nook,
And every corner of discovery,
Of life's long journey

Ive seen and done many things
And experienced the joys and sorrows that life brings
I've met people I loved and hated
I've learnt the virtue of patience from times I've waited

I know what its like to enjoy the rarest treat
I know how it feels to have nothing to eat
I've seen an abundance of wealth, to a few it's the norm
I've seen poverty in its lowest form

My life had numerous ups and downs
So many smiles and just as many frowns
Hard lessons that made me stronger everyday
Blessings that make me wish I could live longer than just one more day
